Fire Near Estes Park
Fire Near Estes Park
Oct 17, 2020
The Cameron Peak Fire started in Colorado back in August to the north of Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park, where NG-USA's office is located. This week, the fire has come close to doubling in size, tearing through the forest to become the largest fire in Colorado history. Not only smoke, but flames, are clearly visible from all over Estes Park, and some areas have already been evacuated. Strong winds today (Saturday) could potentially drive the fire in unpredictable directions, and the weather forecast shows no rain or snow coming in the next few days. It's a scary time.
We'd welcome your thoughts and prayers for the Estes Park community, the firefighters, and our staff, friends, and family.
